Trusting God With What Comes Next
As a wife and mom we are often the steady ones. The planner. The problem-solver. What no one talks about is the stretch between what was and what's next. In my 40s, I've learned something important: not every new year requires a new you and everything doesn't have to be mapped out. No One Told Me My 40s Would Feel Like This
This is the part no one prepares you for. You think you're doing all the things you're "supposed" to do. You're showing up as a wife and a mother even when you're tired and stressed out. You're trying and yet you're body feels unfamiliar. Last year, I turned 45 and bam 30 pounds gained out of nowhere.
